Author Francis French signing books

DOWNEY - Author Francis French will sign copies of his books, "Into that Silent Sea" and "In the Shadow of the Moon," at a book-signing event March 12 at the Columbia Memorial Space Center.Admission is $5 and books will be sold in the first floor gift shop. French will speak from 1-2 p.m. and sign books from 2-3 p.m. RSVPs are required by calling the space center at (562) 231-1200.
