Bake sale for cancer research

DOWNEY - A bake sale to benefit Cookies for Kids' Cancer, a cancer research organization, will be held July 9 at the Florentine Apartments, located at 9070 Florence Ave.The bake sale is from 6-8 p.m. and funds from the sale will support pediatric research.
