Band, color guard washing cars

DOWNEY - Downey High School's band and color guard will hold a car wash Aug. 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the bus lane on Brookshire Avenue.Cost is $5 per vehicle and proceeds will help the students with transportation for their upcoming competitions. Donations are also welcome.
