Blame the parents

Dear Editor:To those who have complained about parents not teaching their children safety when crossing the street, I believe the problem is adults no longer give birth to children. They give birth to "their buddy." I prefer the good old days when parents were in control of their children. Now it is everybody else's fault but the parents when children do wrong.
