Blessing of the animals at church

DOWNEY - St. George Greek Orthodox Church will hold a blessing of the animals Dec. 18 at 11 a.m.Residents are invited to bring their pets and livestock. Anyone without a pet is invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal. St. George Greek Orthodox Church is at 10830 Downey Ave.
