Downey rental prices climb 5-10%

DOWNEY – Apartment rental prices in Downey climbed by up to 10% over the past year, according to data released last week.

The median rental price for a one-bedroom apartment in Downey increased 5% from 2020, according to an analysis by Zumper.

A studio apartment in Downey now costs 10% more than last year, with an average monthly rent of $1,375.
