ESL classes at Cerritos

NORWALK - Cerritos College's Liberal Arts Division is offering classes in English as a Second Language (ESL) with the start of the fall semester on Aug. 16.Classes are offered at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels, and are available for $36 per unit (most classes are three units). Most classes meet twice a week and are available during both the 18-week session and the first and second 9-week sessions. ESL classes offer instruction in pronunciation, oral communication, speaking and listening, grammar, reading, vocabulary, writing and structure, American expressions and culture, spelling, and editing.
