Fundraiser to benefit Rio Hondo Home

NORWALK -- A comedy fundraiser to benefit the Rio Hondo Temporary Home in Norwalk will be held inside the James Hall Theater at Metropolitan State Hospital on March 28.Two 2 1/2-hour shows will be presented at 2 and 7 p.m. Each show will include six local entertainers, ranging from comedians and jugglers to ventriloquists. Million Laughs is producing the shows. "We have had several shows before provided by Million Laughs. Our families thoroughly enjoyed the quality and variety of the talent," said David Littlehales, executive director of Rio Hondo Temporary Home. "We hope that as many people as possible can support our homeless families during these difficult economic times." Tickets are offered at a suggested donation of $15 each.
