Garden tour to raise money

WHITTIER - The Rio Hondo Symphony Guild will present its 22nd annual Garden Tour on April 19. This tour of three private gardens includes a terraced garden and another with an exhibit of hydroponics gardening. At each garden, music will be provided by musicians and friends of the Rio Hondo Symphony. There will also be light refreshments and plant sales. All proceeds will benefit the Rio Hondo Symphony, which each year presents four free concerts to the community. Tickets are $25 and available at the Whittier Community Center and Whittier Art Gallery. Guests can also send a check with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Rio Hondo Symphony Guild, P.O.
