Glen and Emma Schwarz

Glen and Emma Schwarz celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at the home of one of their eight grandchildren and other family members. They were married April 10, 1950 and moved to Downey in 1953, bought a house still under construction and have lived in the same house ever since, where they raised their three children, Judy Cannady, Danny Schwarz and Terry Shore. In addition to their eight grandchildren, they also have four great-grandchildren. The couple celebrated their anniversary with a two-week Hawaiian cruise.
