Group to discuss special election

DOWNEY - Citizens for Downey will discuss the May 19 special election and the pros and cons of its ballot measures when it meets this Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. at the Rio Hondo Event Center.An optional breakfast buffet will be available at 7 a.m. All Downey residents are invited and no reservations are necessary.
