Housing money

Dear Editor:If the city is putting affordable housing downtown, how will the residents be able to afford supporting downtown businesses? ("City Seeks up to $2 Million for Downtown Housing," 11/13/09) Seems like a logical question to me. - Barry Dunlap, Downey
