Learn a new office career

DOWNEY - Downey Adult School will host an orientation meeting Dec. 16 for residents interested in switching careers and updating skills for an office setting.The school offers four office courses, including General Office Clerk, Accounting Assistant, Medical Front Office Clerk and Administrative Assistance. Each course incorporates computer skills, work readiness skills and office skills to help students become a more valuable office employee.
