Learn to apply Halloween makeup

DOWNEY - Free Halloween makeup demonstrations will be presented at Hair Essentials, 8011 Stewart and Gray Rd., this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.The Miss Downey Court will serve as models as makeup artists Linda Kearby and Lucy Wilson show how to transform "a gorgeous individual to a monstrous zombie," mummy, fairy, etc. The live demonstration is free.
