Letter to the Editor: El Chapo

Dear Editor:

I question the wisdom of extraditing "El Chapo" Guzman from Mexico to be tried in the U.S.

We can't even keep in jail low-level criminals like the three recently-escaped from prison. How can we expect to keep in jail a criminal with the street smarts and the financial backing of El Chapo ?
