Linda Sánchez to headline State of the Nation luncheon

NORWALK — Rep. Linda Sánchez will deliver an update on federal issues during the annual State of the Nation Luncheon on Friday, Aug. 7.

The luncheon begins at noon at the DoubleTree hotel in Norwalk.

The event is being presented by a coalition of regional business organizations, including the Downey Chamber of Commerce, Industry Business Council and chambers representing La Habra, La Mirada, Montebello, Norwalk, Pico Rivera, the San Gabriel Valley, Santa Fe Springs and the Whittier area.

Sánchez is scheduled to serve as the featured speaker.

Individual tickets are $65 for chamber members and $80 for nonmembers.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available. A $3,000 title sponsorship includes a table for 10, while a $2,000 gold sponsorship includes four tickets. A $1,000 silver sponsorship includes two tickets, and a reserved table for 10 is available for $800.
