Mayor Hector Sosa to deliver State of the City address Oct. 30

DOWNEY — Downey Mayor Hector Sosa will deliver the annual State of the City address on Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Rio Hondo Event Center, organizers announced.

The luncheon is put on by the Downey Chamber of Commerce and begins at noon.
