DOWNEY - Police are asking the public's help to identify a hit-and-run driver who critically injured a motorcyclist earlier this month.A motorcycle was traveling east on Imperial Highway on June 6 at 11:14 p.m. when a silver Chrysler PT Cruiser ran a red light at Lakewood Boulevard and collided into the motorcycle, authorities said.
