Price of cat adoptions reduced

DOWNEY - Now through Aug. 29, all cat adoptions at the Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA) are only $25.The adoption price includes vaccinations, a microchip, spay/neutering, de-worming, and flea treatment.
