Retired federal workers to meet

DOWNEY - The National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees Southeast Chapter 482 will have its monthly meeting on Sept. 26 at noon at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.Guest speaker will be Velma Ashford, president of chapter 2323. She will discuss highlights of the recent NARFE Convention in Sparks, Nev. New members are welcome.
