Sister Cities Christmas dinner

DOWNEY - Reservations are being accepted for the Downey Sister Cities Association's Christmas dinner Dec. 15 at the Rio Hondo Event Center.The dinner will include a white elephant gift exchange, where guests bring a gift valued at $20 and take a present home.
