Spaghetti dinner for Fail-Safe

DOWNEY - A spaghetti dinner to benefit Fail-Safe 4 Felines, a nonprofit group that works to place homeless cats in permanent homes, will be held July 16 at the Downey Elks Lodge.Cost is $20 and includes spaghetti, salad bar, 50/50 raffle and an opportunity drawing. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.
