Spare change can help club

DOWNEY - Between now and April 6, shoppers at the JCPenney at Stonewood Center can choose to have their purchase total rounded up to the next whole dollar and have the difference donated to the Rio Hondo Boys and Girls Club.The Boys and Girls Club will use the proceeds to provide more children access to its after-school programs.
