Downey resident Steve Perez is organizing a Halloween-themed community bike ride that starts this Saturday at 8 a.m. on the trail near Treasure Island Park. Bike riders will travel north along the Rio Hondo River to the Montebello Barnyard Zoo before heading back. The community is invited.
