Tea party at senior center

DOWNEY - The Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center will host a tea party exclusively for senior citizens this Thursday, April 26, from 1-3 p.m.Residents are invited to share an afternoon with their mothers, grandmothers and any woman over age 50. The senior center will serve hot and cold tea, light finger foods and dessert. There will also be live entertainment and raffles. The event is free but reservations are required by calling (562) 904-7223.
