The Moravian Church of Downey

The Moravian Church of Downey hosted its second annual Belfry 5K Run/Walk on June 13. Participants ranged from toddlers to octogenarians and from the competitive runner to the leisurely walker. Twenty-four medals were awarded to the top male and female finishers in each of four age categories. Greg Alaniz was the fastest overall finisher with a time of 17:51.
