Walmart market opens Nov. 7

DOWNEY - The new Walmart Neighborhood Market on Paramount Boulevard will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting Nov. 7 at 7:30 a.m.The market replaces the former Alin's Party Depot at 12270 Paramount Blvd.
