Boutique sale at Elks Lodge

DOWNEY - The Downey Emblem Club is hosting its first annual Sweetheart Boutique on Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Downey Elks Lodge.More than 35 vendors will be selling a variety of one-of-a-kind goods.
