Ted Gonzalez was chosen from more than 2,500 entries to win a $1,000 shopping giveaway at Hometown Hardware & Garden, store officials announced this week. "Everyone has a few extra chores this time of year, and we're glad that Ted was able to choose whatever he wanted to get the job done," said manager Nick Romero. "We thank all those who entered the giveaway for their participation."
