Dear Editor:Now that Mario Guerra is our new mayor, maybe he can get the people of Downey a better sounding name for the 78-acre development on Lakewood Boulevard. We should have a naming contest. How about a name that looks and sounds American? Mr. Guerra is probably the only person that could help the citizens of Downey get an American-sounding name. Mike Sandoval Downey
