Cheer uniform fittings Saturday

DOWNEY - The Downey Razorbacks will hold its final cheer uniform fittings and registration for the upcoming season this Saturday at 10 a.m.The site of the uniform fittings and registration was not available before this newspaper went to press. For details, call Louis Morales at (310) 350-0220 or go online to downeyrazorbacks.com. Cheerleaders will be fitted for shell, slimmer, skirt, socks and shoes, warm-ups and spirit pack. Registration will also be taken. Uniforms cost $320 and a 50 percent deposit is required at the time of fitting, with the balance due in mid August. Registration is $120, and includes trophy, league picture package, cheer camp, and yearbook. Practices begin July 29 and the first game is Sept. 7. Cheer head coach openings are available at the flag level (ages 5-6) and peewee (ages 9-11).
