Federal employees group honors longtime members

DOWNEY - The local chapter of the National Assn. of Active and Retired Federal Employees will honor two of its longtime members when it meets Wednesday at noon at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.The group's Distinguished Member Award will be presented to two members who completed more than 20 years with NARFE. The meeting is free and new members are welcome.
