Hat contest this Monday

DOWNEY - The Downey Newcomers Club will host its annual "hat parade" this Monday, April 15, at Los Amigos Country Club.The event begins at 11:30 a.m. and includes lunch at noon. Prizes will be awarded for prettiest, funniest and most original hats. Winners also receive a free lunch.
