DOWNEY - Members of the Warren High School Key Club, along with Kiwanis advisor to the club Fire Chief Lonnie Croom, attended the California-Nevada-Hawaii (CNH) Key Club District Convention held this past weekend in Anaheim. The convention is held each March at the conclusion of the CNH Key Club year. It serves as a celebration of the accomplishments of individual Key Club members as well as the clubs, divisions and district's achievements. A convention center is required to host the assembly of over 3,000 members at the general sessions. The convention also hosts workshops covering training and service project information for elected officers, meet and greets, and motivational seminars. Warren High's Key Club is "extremely successful" with more than 40 members, led by junior and club president Melissa Ly, said Croom. There are more than 45,000 Key Club members in CNH.
