Scott Faulkner

Downey resident Scott Faulkner received the James B. Evans Scholarship after graduating from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. The scholarship is awarded annually "to an academy graduate with goals of pursuing a higher education" and includes a monetary award. Faulkner, 27, plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
