Woman's Club learns about autism
DOWNEY - The Woman's Club of Downey celebrated Autism Awareness Month by wearing blue at its most recent meeting.Patty Salgado, whose son has autism, spoke about the disorder and encouraged residents to wear as much blue as possible in April. "Wouldn't it be wonderful if our community would often wear blue this month?" she said.
