Bird park

Dear Editor:It is me, Yunhee Chae again, urging the citizens of Downey to support me in building a bird park in our great city. It would be a lovely and peaceful place for others like myself who have birds that enjoy socializing with other birds, or perhaps have birds with special needs like my parakeet named Jeehun. After Jeehun fell off his perch and broke his leg, I have been struggling to find a space large enough for him to exercise and heal. A bird park would be the ideal place for this. Please, citizens of this great city of Downey, think outside the box. (Or rather the cage.) Yunhee Chae Downey
