City unveils property search tool

DOWNEY - The city of Downey has added an advanced property search tool to its website, allowing the public access to a real estate property database.By going to downeyca.org and clicking the "Business Site Locator" icon, the public can view available properties in the region, search available sites, obtain detailed property and business reports, conduct a demographic analysis of the region, create and print maps specific to their needs, and more. "By adding this new feature to our website, we are not only making it easier for the public to obtain information first hand, but we are also making it easier for them to do business with us," said Mayor Fernando Vasquez.
