Water festival in Lakewood

LAKEWOOD - The Water Replenishment District will host its seventh annual Groundwater Festival on Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on its Lakewood campus.This year's theme is "Treasure Beneath Our Feet' and will focus on the drought.
