Downey Rose Float Association has released the 2015 rendering “Home for the Holidays”

The Downey Rose Float Assoc. has released a rendering of its 2015 entry in the Tournament of Roses Parade. Titled “Home for the Holidays,” the float has a winter wonderland theme with a horse-drawn carriage and frozen lake. The design was conceptualized by Jeff Shadic, Kelley Roberts, Jason Redfox and Thom Neighbors. To build the float, the DRFA will be fundraising at the summer concerts at Furman Park this summer, and they are also planning a casino night Saturday, Aug. 2, at Gold Rush Camp at Knott’s Berry Farm.
