Natalia Loya and Betty Porto smile for the cameras after Natalia’s performance at Make Music Downey last Saturday. Natalia, a student at Doty Middle School, was a recent finalist on “La Voz Kids,” a talent competition for children on Telemundo. The plaza in front of Porto’s was one of nine venues for the all-day free music festival.
