Darrel Jackson to speak

DOWNEY - Darrel Jackson, founder and chairman of the 10-20 Club, will be guest speaker Oct. 3 at a meeting of the Christian Business Men's Club.The meeting starts at noon at the Sizzler restaurant in Downey. After retiring as a Major League pitcher, Jackson started the 10-20 Club, an intervention program for troubled teens.
