NWDLL sign-ups Saturday

DOWNEY - Northwest Downey Little League is holding sign-ups this Saturday, Dec. 14 and Jan. 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Furman Park.Any sign-ups after Dec. 31 carry a $20 late charge. Sign-ups after Jan. 12 will be placed on a waiting list for available roster spots. No registration will be taken at try-outs. Registration is $80 per child for ages 4-7 and $95 for ages 8-12. Cost is $110 for Junior, Senior and Big League divisions. Maximum is $225 per family (plus snack shack fee) and includes four pancake breakfast tickets for opening day. The Challenger division for physically challenged children is free. To be eligible, players must attend schools within NWDLL boundaries and must bring proof of enrollment, certified birth certificate and three proofs of address when signing up.
