Pet adoptions only $5

DOWNEY - Now through Nov. 30, all dogs and cats ages 5 and older can be adopted for only $5 at SEAACA.The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, first set of vaccines, flea treatment, dog or cat toy, and a pet health guide.
