Residents competing in speech contest

COMMERCE - Toastmasters will hold its Tall Tales & Evaluation fall speech contest Sept. 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Smart & Final corporate headquarters in Commerce.Local residents are invited to hear stories of "larger than life" characters and outrageous situations.
