Retired teachers to be feted

WHITTIER - Local retired teachers will be honored at a luncheon Nov. 12 at the Elks Lodge in Whittier.The event is sponsored by Whittier Division 31 of the California Retired Teachers Association. A short business meeting begins at 11 a.m. followed by lunch and entertainment. Cost is $16 and all educators are invited.
