Warren High students win video challenge

DOWNEY - Warren High School engineering students Michelle Tulean, Ike Enenmoh and Dereck Bejarano have won an international video competition that challenged high school students to use science, technology, engineering and math skills "to develop the products of tomorrow."The "Make the World More Awesome Video Challenge" by the Conrad Foundation's Spirit of Innovation asked students to make a three-minute video explaining how they can "Be More Awesome." Student teams competed for awards and recognition, including a chance to attend the annual Innovation Summit. The Warren High students - competing as Team Dynamic Minds Inc. - competed against teams internationally and from the United States. Their video, "An Awesome World," will be played at the 2014 Conrad Spirit of Innovation Summit in April at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston.
