Downey Chamber to install new president, board

DOWNEY — The Downey Chamber of Commerce will install its new president and board of directors during its annual installation event Monday, July 13, at the Downey Theatre.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and will mark the transition from outgoing chamber president David Kantar to incoming president Jennifer DeKay.

Tickets are $30 per person and include food. The chamber is also offering sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and community supporters.

An Installation Sponsor package is available for $500 and includes two event tickets, two complimentary drink tickets and recognition at the event. A $100 “Friend of the President” sponsorship includes two entry tickets and signage at the event.
