CEQA No.: Exempt from CEQA pursuant to Education Code section 17621, which exempts the adoption, increase, or imposition of school impact fees

Project Location: Districtwide

Proposed Project: Consider the adoption of the fee study titled Developer Fee Justification Document for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Development Projects - Level 1, dated June 2024, also referred to as the ‘’2024 Fee Study,” to allow the District to charge the maximum allowable Level I fees based on projected Impacts from future residential and commercial/industrial development. The rates are applied per square foot of a project’s building floor area.

GENERAL INFORMATION

File Review: A hard copy of the 2024 Fee Study is available for public Inspection during regular business hours prior to the public hearing at the Office of the Superintendent located at 11321 Bullis Road, Lynwood, CA 90262. To view the hard copy of the 2024 Fee Study, contact the Superintendent’s Office at (310) 886-1600 to confirm the availability of the file. The 2024 Fee Study may be viewed electronically at www.mylusd.org.
